Each therapist profile needs a clear owner before it moves forward.
Mental Profit Dashboard V1 is a private proof of concept for therapist onboarding and profile approval. It takes a profile from invitation through review to two hidden WordPress drafts, while keeping every publication decision with a person.
This interface uses fictional demonstration data. The owner checks the submitted profile before any WordPress drafts are created.
01 / Starting point
A therapist profile changes hands several times before publication.
Identity details, professional registrations, biographies, translations, portraits, owner decisions, and WordPress drafts all need to stay aligned. Email and disconnected documents make that process hard to see and easy to misunderstand.
The proof of concept creates one controlled path. The therapist prepares the profile, the owner makes the decision, WordPress receives hidden drafts only after approval, and publication remains manual.

What has been difficult
Privacy changes the architecture
Real data cannot be treated as a convenient next step. Storage, providers, access, and review need approval before any controlled pilot.
Two languages must stay connected
Shared facts and translated copy need to remain aligned without removing the therapist’s ability to review and edit either version.
Automation must stop visibly
A safe workflow needs a clear end. Here, the end is hidden drafts, not automatic publication.

Today
The full path works with fictional data.
The Phase 0 proof of concept demonstrates the complete onboarding and approval path with fictional data. It is not approved for real therapist or patient information, and it is not connected to James.
Next
- Keep the synthetic environment available for product and workflow review.
- Complete privacy, security, and vendor review before any real-data decision.
- Only after approval, define a small controlled therapist pilot and its operating rules.
